Return policy
At McKenzie you always have the option to return the order. The return option is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please make sure that you return the items unworn, undamaged and with the original packaging and keep the return receipt in a safe place until the return has been fully processed. Please note that the return costs are at your own expense.
Conditions
1. The order still contains all correct parts, accessories and also the original packaging.
2. Normal handling of the product is evident, breakage or damage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important cannot be returned.
4. Notice of return must be given immediately upon receipt.
5. We have the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
6. A return will be processed within 7 business days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged.
Refund
We will refund all costs except shipping costs (and additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
Without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods, the refund will be made. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please contact customer service via email info@mckenzie-vancouver.com. Please make sure the email contains the following:
Order number
Your first and last name
Address
Reason for return request
Photo of the product in case of breakage.
You will receive an e-mail back from us with the return address. Never send the return to the sender. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
NOTE: We cannot be held responsible if a return package is not delivered to us or the package is lost.
